Red Mage Question.

Just a quick question regarding Red Magery: Ruby Knowledge Mastery.

What exactly does it mean by 'Casting Attribute' that is gaining 4 points? Is it like the INT bonus to a Black Magic spell? Is it also applied to the attack roll or the damage roll?

Sorry for the semi-vague description. It should be as if your Charisma score was 4 points higher, which is the Red Mage's casting attribute. It only gives you higher bonus MP.
