The "Vermillion Scholar" Prestige class.  Would likely be acquired by multi-classing into Scholar and Red Mage, but other options could get you there as well.  Class features revolve around a Grimoire weapon and casting spells with an arcane well pool, which adds insight bonuses for a limited time.
