Hey, I did a quick search and couldn't find anything on it already so...
In the current list of Kenki Techs, only two of them do additional damage (the ones that potentially trip), whilst the Heavy Slash does reduced damage but can stagger. Is this intentional, or are the techs with to-hit penalties meant to all be +2 damage?
