If a character is resting- like for the 8 hours it takes to recharge MP/etc.- would you also be gaining the benefits of Clear Mind?
Is clear mind an active ability? Like I am purposefully meditating and gain a benefit?
or could it be passive also? Like I am taking a nap for two hours and wake up with more MP a la tiny rest period?
