Normally constructs are uneffected by negative and positive energy. So are they uneffect by healing magic and shadow damage? And how does holy magic work in this situation.

Unless it says they're unaffected by magic, they are affected by shadow and holy magic/damage.

No, because Cure spells only heal Living creatures, or harm undead creatures.
