If the blue mage calls a summon through his limit break (e.g. Phoenix), if that summon hirs the requirement, can it use it's limit break?

If somehow the Summon gets below half health before it disappears, I don't see why not.

Based on the level of power you are using to summon it from.

For example, if you use Healing Ruby, you would summon Carbuncle as a level 3 Summoner. If you were to use Glittering Ruby, you would summon Carbuncle as a lvl 12 Summoner.
