Sabin, even just naturally. Blitz stuff is retardedly broken, although Yang does have the highest HP growth in the game, and if you count the GBA or DS stuff, there are always different combinations you can do to basically make him invincible.

I went with Sabin just being the cuter of the two. Plus when you meet each of them in the game: Sabin SAVES the party, but Yang needs the party to SAVE him.
