The spell Ectosmash on the blue mage spell list is listed as a level 2 spell. On the spell descriptions it is listed as a level 3 spell. The creature it is learned from Ghost, says it is 3rd level, so I am guessing it is 3rd, but wanted to ask and make sure.
Corrupting Touch, its on the level 3 spell list, but description lists it at level 4, as does Ghost.

Its 3rd level for Ghost, 4th for Corrupting.

Hellfire, Level 5 spell, summon Ifrit, spell list lists it as d8's, the spell descriptions list it as d6's.
The simular spells of the same level being d8's I am guessing that is what this is, but wanted to make sure.
