For ruin blade it says it does the weapons damage a second time. Does this include damage from weapon enhancements? Also does this include the extra damage when using a swordskill?

Quick follow-up question. Spells don't specify whether they take verbal, somatic, or material components. Do they all just take all 3?

All spells take verbal and somatic.
