The target creature of this spell gains the Reflect status effect for the duration of the spell. Reflect status affects spells' effects that directly target the reflected creature, changing the effective-target of the spell being reflected from "one creature" to "self." A reflected creature that is in the area-of-effect of a spell will only reflect the portion of the spells' effect that would have targeted that creature.
Ex, a creature with reflect status in the area-of-effect of a spell that causes damage to any creatures in the area, would selectively be omitted from the area-effect; the reflected portion of the effects would then target the reflected-spell's caster.
Reflecting a spell is a targeted dispel check; (1d20 + spell's caster level) and compare that to the caster level of the spell to be reflected (DC = 11 + the spell’s caster level). If successful, that spell has its effective target becomes the spellcaster (self). If not, the spell is not reflected. Whether successful or not, expends the duration of the spell.

NOTE: The Reflect spell as-is is just silly and superfluous, and nothing at all like what its supposed to be. Not sure why someone thought that was a good idea , but whatever. Anyhow, fixed it for yall.
