I'm starting my first campaign as a DM. I'm opening it with the Chaos Shrine module. My players are Zaran the Genome Thief (player has a little experience in Pathfinder) and Gregor the Hume White Mage (player is a complete first-timer). To supplement the party, I added two NPCs: Nala the Google Black Mage and Loxsis the Burmecian Dragon Child. So far, we just got the quest from the King of Cornelia, got geared up, and killed a pair of wolves.
I plan on two more encounters before we reach the shrine, at which point if we're not 2nd level yet, I'll just bump them up. I also want to start Princess Sarah up as a Bard. When we beat Garland, I'll wait to level them to 3rd until they set up camp outside the shrine, at which point Loxsis disappears (because he molted and ran away in fear) and is replaced with a vieran Beastmaster. Any suggestions?
