Im trying to dm a ff style game in a world of my own and one of the people suggested an Esper as a race they would like.
My thought is if i was to allow this he would have been an Esper that was banished from their plane and most of his powers stripped off. Folling this thought it made me think it would have to be a dual Race-Class type deal.
He gets the race Esper and Class Esper.
Id like some suggestions on how to incorporate this.
Edit* maybe even when banished was sealed into a humanoid form
