Techniques clarification - Nida Westers - 06-29-2020
About the recent change to monk/samurai techniques, it says "anattack may be replaced with a technique". Does this mean only one attack made in a full attack or does it extend to all attacks made in a full round may be replaced.
Does flurry of blows work the same way?
