for they sky pirate it says i need a airship that is worth at least 10,000 gil but the thing is where are the airships? Am I to just throw 10,000 at the GM and say i have one or is there a place i can look at the airships. IF now who wants to help make stats for them?

A pretty basic conversion you and your GM could do is take the basic sailing ships from D&D 3.5 and basically allow them to fly. While it's not the most robust solution, it is better than nothing and at least gives you some stats to work with.
