Firearms Potential Change - Viladin - 07-19-2015 A potential change to how firearms work. Mainly targeting AC or Touch AC. RE: Firearms Potential Change - NeloAngelo - 07-19-2015 I like Option 2 and 3. Im not a picky guy. RE: Firearms Potential Change - dairius_chi - 07-19-2015 I prefer option 3, but if it's going to full AC rather than touch then 2 is a must. RE: Firearms Potential Change - What's in the box? - 07-19-2015 Guns. Touch. Always. RE: Firearms Potential Change - NeloAngelo - 07-19-2015 I really like the last option tho. (Tho i dont play gunner i just find it funny) RE: Firearms Potential Change - Zwordsman - 07-20-2015 As far as I'm aware, no one but gunners can boost the damage on them right? I always liked the idea of them hitting touch because unless you specialize it's hard to improve your damage over time.. Though I've only played with the modern guns in FF once; most of my exp comes from pathfinder. I'd vote stay the same. Its one thing that can be used to make generic footsoilders useful at later levels. RE: Firearms Potential Change - RedDingo777 - 09-17-2015 Touch unless the armor is specially designed to resist bullets. The best defense against a bullet has always been staying out of it's way. RE: Firearms Potential Change - Manly Man - 09-18-2015 I would say that you get to make a touch attack as long as you're within 10, maybe 15 ft. of your target, but otherwise you use the full AC. The Gunner getting full BAB wouldn't hurt either. |
