Spell Proficiency - Luphey - 12-17-2014 What are its uses since none of the spells are ranged touch attacks? Besides magical items that require ranged touch? RE: Spell Proficiency - dairius_chi - 12-17-2014 Power Rod/Staves, alchemical items that emulate spells but require RTA to hit, the odd Blue Mage Spell or Necromancer spell... etc. RE: Spell Proficiency - Luphey - 12-18-2014 Thinking im just gonna run damage spells as touch attacks so that spell proficiency seems more useful to my players. RE: Spell Proficiency - dairius_chi - 12-18-2014 Well, the element/light/dark I, II, and III work for that since they used to be RTA, but I don't think any other spells were altered to the fort half. Also don't forget they should still allow a fort save to negate the additional status effects. |
