I have two questions....they may sound newbish?
1.Do they count as masterwork since they are a magical weapon?
2.Do Black Magery (Increased Damage) effect thier damage?

1. No, they are a very minor magical item that requires someone with a MP pool to activate it.
2. No. Black Magery only affects spells cast by a black mage.
