Blood/Healing Special Weapons

Just some quick things i made ive been meaning to do.

Blood
Price +3 bonus
Aura moderate necromancy; CL 8th; Weight —
Description:
A Blood weapon is imbued with a red malice that turns the weapon into a blood red color. When a Blood weapon deals damage to an enemy the wielder of the blood weapon is healed the damage dealt from the enhancement bonus of the weapon. Against undead, this weapon instead damages the wielder and heals the undead creature hit, equal to the enhancement bonus of the weapon. Only melee weapons can be Blood.
Construction Requirements:
Craft Magic Arms and Armor, Drain Cost: +3 Bonus

Healing
Price +3 bonus
Aura moderate conjuration; CL 8th; Weight —
Description:
A Healing weapon is imbued with a glowing calm green light that changes the weapons color into a green hue. All weapon damage and bonuses by the weapon instead heal whoever it hits. Against undead it deals damage instead of healing. Only ranged weapons and power staff/rods may be Healing.
Construction Requirements:
Craft Magic Arms and Armor, Cure II Cost: +3 Bonus

It can be but for the cost of the +3 bonus they probably have plenty of healing or gil to buy plenty of healing items to make up for it. Can depend on the game though.
