Is there anywhere one can find a chart to generate treasure for random battles or treasure chests?

Sadly, the answer to this question is no. Since the game is developed using the Pathfinder system, one can use that random encounter generator and add in some Final Fantasy creatures from the Beastiary.
As far as the treasure charts, none have been created, or if they have none have been submitted to the site. This becomes more complicated as random treasure generators for Pathfinder would not include any items made on this site, and items do not just convert quite easily.
Sorry for the delayed response, also upset that the answer is no. I would enjoy both of these things to be made as well.
